1. Data Controller
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Meteler Grup Management Services ("the Company") in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of providing property management services, the following data is processed: identity information (first name, last name, national ID number), contact information (phone, email, address), property-related information (block, unit, owner/tenant status), financial information (dues payment records, bank details), and camera recordings for the security of common areas.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling obligations arising from Law No. 634 on Condominium Ownership, carrying out dues collection and accounting processes, delivering announcements and notifications, managing fault and request records, and ensuring the security of the property; based on the legal grounds of "explicitly stipulated by law," "establishment and performance of a contract," and "legitimate interest of the data controller" set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
4. Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the relevant purpose, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations, to partner banks for collection processes, and to partner law firms for the conduct of legal proceedings. Your data is not transferred abroad.
5. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; if no such period is stipulated, for as long as the purpose of processing requires, and at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Camera recordings are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing, request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, request its deletion or destruction, know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, and request compensation if you suffer damages.
